Our Wedding

Emma and Kevin first crossed paths in their first year of law school but truly met after they graduated. Picture this: Emma, departing her judicial clerkship for a big time gig at the National Institutes of Health, ready for her next adventure. Kevin, fresh off his bar passage, applying to take over the clerkship, esquired as can be. After charming the judge with his dashing good looks and quick wit, Kevin was hired immediately! Emma trained him for the following two weeks and Kevin was taken by Emma's joyful energy and kindness. Emma was equally impressed by Kevin's intellect and deep empathy. They emerged from that time as friends and stayed in touch for the next two years. Eventually, Emma realized she had a crush on Kevin and resolved to shoot her shot! She invited him on a date to a book-themed cocktail bar, he said yes, and together, the classmates-turned-coworkers-turned-friends discovered they were soulmates.

Current Space is an artist-run gallery, studio, and outdoor performance space, nourishing an ongoing dialogue between artists, activists, performers, designers, curators, and thinkers. Operating since November 2004, Current is committed to showcasing, developing, and broadening the reach of artists locally and internationally. The wedding is at Current's Garden Bar, which is directly behind the Current Gallery!

PARKING OPTIONS:

We recommend guests park at the <a href="https://en.parkopedia.com/parking/garage/15_franklin_street_garage/21201/baltimore/?arriving=202510062230&amp;leaving=202510070030" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">15 W. Franklin St. Garage</a>, as it is a 4-minute walk to the venue. Weekend parking costs $7. Street parking is also available! You can try Franklin St., Park Ave, or Howard St. The lot directly behind the venue's back gate tows very aggressively, so take care.&nbsp;

This hotel is the closest to the venue (4-minute walk) and rooms are around $180-$230 per night.

Stony Run is different than the typical urban park. It is a mostly wooded&nbsp;3 mile forested trail&nbsp;that follows the contours of the Stony Run creek. Only on occasion is the trail interrupted by roadways or open areas. The linear nature of this park is unique and the length of the trails extend the park throughout&nbsp;fifteen different Baltimore neighborhoods&nbsp;with numerous access points from roadways, other parks and even backyards of some of the neighboring properties. This type of access links neighborhoods in a way that is unusual and allows for common usage by a large number of people from all walks of life.
