The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We asked that guest arrive at 3:30:pm to park and be seated. There will be a cocktail hour from 4:30-5:00pm with the reception following at 5:30pm.
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1!
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Our goal is for our friends and family to have a fun night together and let loose. This can include some adult drinks and music. So for the safety of the kiddos this will be an adult only event!
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking on site! Upon arriving a staff member will be present to direct you to parking.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
The area we are having our ceremony is outside and a little bit of a walk. While a wheelchair may be able to manage with help we want to make sure our guest who need assistance have the help they need. So in order to prevent any problems with transportation around the property we will have a golf cart available to help everyone get to their seats and then back to the reception safely. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors. Our reception will be partially indoors and partially outdoors. The main sitting area as well as the dance floor will be in the beautiful barn on the property. There will also be outdoor games, fire pits, a refreshment table, and desert bar right outside the barn.
What should I wear ?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and look fabulous. Please come in semi-formal attire! If possible we would love if you would consider wearing earthy tones, as we are embracing the outdoors ambience. To give you some examples we have linked Pinterest pages below!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
Is it okay to take pictures with out phone during the ceremony and reception?
During our ceremony, we request that guests do not take photographs as professional pictures will be taken throughout the ceremony. It is our hope that everyone can sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment without the distraction of electronics.
As for our reception, we encourage photos! Please take pictures at that time to your hearts content!
Whom should I call with questions?
