On October 22, Jeremiah and I were headed up to Duluth, MN for the day to explore the state parks, go to our favorite coffee shop and have dinner or so I thought. I was oblivious, to the wonderful surprise that would be awaiting us once we arrived. Half-way through our drive I asked Jeremiah "are you proposing today because Allie (friend) wants to know". Which he replied, "not today but hopefully soon". When we finally arrived in Duluth, we stopped for coffee, and I of course was hungry. Our coffee stop was suppose to take 15 minutes, but ended up taking 45 minutes, which I noticed Jeremiah was quite irritated and he seemed in a rush, We get on the road finally, and it is important, I mention we were going to stop at Gooseberry Falls first, then Split Rock Lighthouse, which we would go to Black Beach and end at Palisade Head. When we got in the car, the GPS was set for Black beach, and I of course was confused, and we argued because that was not the plan (but it was his plan and I was unaware). With help from his brother Noah, and my cousin Keziah, they helped get me to Black beach, where Jeremiah Neil Miller asked me to be his girl forever. I SAID YES (obviously), and with tears in my eyes, that is when I realized his brother and my cousin were there! All four of us spent the rest of the day exploring Duluth, and we got dinner together and I will forever cherish 10.22.24!!
P.S. the sandwich I got from the coffee shop, was meat, cheese on bread no sauce. So it was not worth the extra 30 minutes.
