Kage and Emma first met in Janruary 2021 at someones house they both did not know for a bonfire party, but there was no bonfire. Emma thought Kage was too old, and Kage thought Emma was in a relationship. Later, Kage messaged Emma on social media to tell her that he was planning on attending the worship night that Emma and her friends were planning for their youth group. It was at that worship night that Emma saw Kage worship authentically, and Kage witnessed the Lord speak through Emma to the student ministry.

Emma and Kage have not left one anothers side since becoming official on April 18th, 2021. They have grown closer together and closer with the Lord. They both began following God’s calling in their lives and are currently serving the Lord in kids and student ministry together.

The day after Kage and Emma’s three-year anniversary, Kage took Emma on a day trip to Sarasota. They went on a kayaking tour and visited local restaurants and stores. At sunrise, Kage proposed on the beach, and Emma was totally in shock! The joy was overwhelming! They sat on the beach and watched the sunset together. The 3-hour drive home, they spent calling their friends and family to share the excitement.

The Lord has been so faithful in their relationship, and they cannot wait to see what the future holds as they walk into this new and exciting season!
