Our Wedding

Once upon a time there was a girl who loved a boy. And the girl knew that no matter what happened or where life took her, she would always love the boy. And so she waited… Because the boy wasn’t ready for that kind of love - the kind that lasts forever. So he focused on other dreams of mountains and starry nights with no city lights and not a cloud in the sky. He focused on a place to call home one day. And while she waited, he continued to build the dream until he looked around and realized he didn’t want to build anymore alone. The boy changed that day and began to dream of a home where beauty radiated from within…a home where love always welcomed him. He began to dream of a smile that shined brighter than the stars at night…he dreamed of laughter, a porch with rocking chairs and a life with someone he loved. And it was in those moments that the boy realized home wasn’t a place - it was the girl. And so he went to her. He couldn’t promise her the world but he could promise she would be his world. He couldn’t promise it would be easy but he could promise he would never give up. He promised to love her through it all and asked if it was too late for her to love him back. The girl delighted that boys heart that day when she told him she would love him forever. She would build their dreams with him. She knew he was worth the wait and he knew she was his dream come true. The moral of the story: Love never gives up and home is where your heart is.
