Our Wedding

We met at church and were best friends for six months before realizing there was something more. We grew incredibly close, and one day Emma finally said what we were both thinking: she liked Paul. His response? “The feeling is mutual.” For the next four months, we were together but not officially dating, just building something real and deep. Then in August 2023, we made it official. Since then, we’ve shared so many sweet memories: playing board games, cooking dinner together, watching our favorite shows, and hanging out with our cat, Boo, who Paul found in his shed and we couldn’t resist adopting! More than anything, we’re best friends. We love our quiet date nights in and just doing life side by side. Now we can’t wait to start this next chapter, together, forever.

Paul and Emma both love going in adventures together. This photo was taken when they were at the Sequoia National Forest. An amazing experience.

Forever my adventure buddy!

Paul and Emma thought it would be fun to head down the Sacramento River, Emma in a one person kayak and Paul swimming behind her. They packed a picnic, fishing poles, and some bait, hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening on one of the river’s islands. But as night fell, the current grew too strong, and they found themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere, unable to make it back. In the end, they had to call a motorboat for rescue. Still, it made for a fun memory!

Cornish Christmas in Grassvalley

Paul and Emma love going on adventures together. While they’re traveling, their goal is to play chess in the most scenic places. They keep a chess board in the car just in case of emergency.

Probably the best memory so far. Paul took Emma to his grandmother, Martha’s house and popped the question. It was absolutely perfect.

I am very happy and honored for Jake to be my best friend. But more than that, he is my friend, and he is like a brother. I have known Jake for years. He has played an incredible role in my life. The Lord has used him as a spout for the Holy Spirit and has poured out much wisdom into my life.

Ever the goof, Evan is my brother. His funny spirit and his deep wisdom have tought me much about life. He is truly an incredible man who I look up to in many ways. I am truly blessed to have him as a close brother who is filled with love for others.

Conor is such a great man. He possesses traits of manhood that I strive for. Conor has incredible integrity, he is hard working, and dedicated to getting things done. This man has offered incredible insight into my relationship with Emma when it first began. It is a true joy to have this man next to me.

Jared is one of my brothers. He has played a role in my life that I am more than thankful for. He offers many different kinds of attributes that I admire. He is a hard working man who constantly tries to find the truth to the deeper things of life. The Lord has given many different thoughts and truths through Jared. I am more than happy for him to be in my life.

David has played a role in my life that cannot possibly be explained. There is a lesson to be learned in nearly every corner of his life. Though he has had a hard life, Christ has turned him into a great man. David shows a lifestyle of hard work, relational wisdom, incredible skills and so much more. I am proud to call him my brother.

Liam is a close friend of mine, he’s quite a goof, but when you dig down, he has a heart for the Lord and loves others unconditionally. God has given him a servants heart. It has been an honor to serve next to him and it will be an honor to have him at my side once again on this joyous occasion.
