When Should I RSVP By?

What's the Dress Code?
We'd love for our family and friends to dress up with us. We are requesting Semi-Formal attire. For women, this could be a mini/midi/long dress or dressy separates. For men, this would be dress pants and a sports coat or suit jacket with an optional tie.
Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Vineyard at Howe Farms in Georgetown, TN.
Please be aware that after arrival at the venue, additional transportation via a golf cart is required to reach the ceremony location.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive around 3:45 pm EST as we will begin serving Welcome Drinks at this time. This will also give you a chance to sign the guest book and mingle with other guests. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Golf carts will begin taking guests to the ceremony location at 4:00 pm, with the last golf cart leaving at 4:15 pm.
What if I'm late?
If you are running behind and arrive after 4:15 pm, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the ceremony and will have to wait to join everyone for cocktail hour at 5:00 pm.
How far is the Venue from The Chattanoogan Hotel/Downtown Chattanooga?
The venue is approximately 40 minutes from The Chattanoogan Hotel and Downtown Chattanooga, so please plan accordingly. If you're staying in Downtown Chattanooga, we recommend leaving no later than 3:15 pm to ensure you arrive on time for the ceremony.
IS THERE PARKING AND/OR OTHER FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is free parking available at the venue that can accommodate all of our guests. However, we will be providing an optional shuttle service to take guests from the venue back to the Chattanoogan Hotel starting at 8:30 pm and ending at 10:15 pm. If you plan on using the shuttle service to take you home at the end of the night, then we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to the venue, as you cannot leave your car overnight. We also suggest scheduling the Uber or Lyft ahead of time to ensure you arrive on time.
Can you provide more information on the Shuttle?
The shuttle we are providing is a 64-passenger coach bus. It will take approximately 2 trips from the venue back to The Chattanoogan Hotel. The first group will leave the venue around 8:30 pm and the second will leave once the reception has ended (approximately 10:15 pm). If you plan on drinking at the wedding, we kindly ask that you take the shuttle or an Uber/Lyft back to the hotel at the end of the night.
**Please note that this shuttle service is not providing transportation to the venue**
Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?
Welcome Drinks, Ceremony, and Cocktail Hour will all be held outdoors (weather permitting). Additionally, there will be an indoor space available for guests to access during Welcome Drinks and Cocktail Hour, as well as a covered patio. If needed, all events will be moved inside. The reception will primarily be held indoors with outdoor patios available for guests to access throughout the evening.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE WEDDING?
While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we've chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night! Thank you for understanding!
Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you turn off your phone during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers and videographers on hand to capture all of the special moments. We are already excited to share their photos and videos with you! However, once the ceremony ends and cocktail hour begins, please feel free to take pictures and videos, and don't forget to share them with us :)
I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate various dietary restrictions (i.e. vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free). When you RSVP, please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
