What day is the wedding?

The wedding is March 13th! The family will be staying at Guardswell Farm the night of the 12th and the night of the 13th.

Will there be taxis or buses to/ from the venue (for those traveling on the day)?

There will be a bus stopping by Monifieth, Broughty Ferry and Dundee and then returning in reverse at the end of the wedding. Please get in touch with Emma or Mark if you need to be on the bus so we can make sure we have you on there.

What time should I get there? Time of buses?

Ceremony starts at 3pm. Please arrive between 2.30-2.45pm.

Buses will start in Monifieth 1.30pm - to be confirmed.

Should I wear a kilt (For the Americans)?

Whether you're Scottish or not, wearing a kilt is a great way to participate in Scottish culture and show respect for the traditions of the bride and groom. Just remember to choose whatever tartan pleases you, wear the kilt at the right height, and accessorize properly.

The immediate family of the bride will be strongly encouraged to wear kilts.
