If you would like a night to recover from jet lag, we recommend leaving the United States on Friday, April 18th (landing on Saturday April 19th), and staying in Sitges that evening. You can find some hotels that we recommend on the "Traveling Before + After the Wedding" page of this website.

All events, including the welcome dinner, wedding ceremony and dinner, and next day BBQ, will take place at Casa Felix, near Barcelona, Spain. The venue is a 15-minute drive from the town of Sitges, a 35-minute drive from the Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) airport, and a 50-minute drive from the city center of Barcelona. https://casa-felix.es/

If you are coming from Barcelona city center on Sunday, April 20, there will be a shuttle departing from Hotel H10 Casa Mimosa (address: Carrer de Pau Claris, 179, L'Eixample, Barcelona, Spain). The shuttle will leave at 2:30 p.m. If you are coming from Sitges, a taxi is easiest.

If you are staying at the venue, check-in is at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Check-out is by 10 am Wednesday, April 23, 2025. There will be a shuttle to the Barcelona airport from Casa Felix Wednesday morning departing at 8:15 a.m.

Breakfast will be provided the mornings of Monday, April 21 and Tuesday, April 22, along with dinner on the evenings of the 20th, 21st, and 22nd. For lunch, there are three full kitchens which will be stocked with select food items and alcohol. In addition, there are restaurants in the nearby town of Sitges (15 minute cab drive).

Barcelona averages a high of 67 degrees Fahrenheit in April. It's warm in the sun and cool in the shade, with low humidity. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evenings, and casual clothes to wear between events.
