Our block of rooms has been released to the public now. If you still need a hotel room please call either of the two hotels and let them know you would like to book under the Ewing-Olson wedding in order to get the special wedding rate and save some money. The hotels are right next to each other and we will have half of the rooms blocked at each hotel.

If you have people you would like to sit and visit with in the other hotel you can go between the hotels with ease and freedom. The hotels are owned by the same company and they are there to make your stay nice and comfortable.

There are rooms blocked for both Friday night and Saturday night. It is up to you if you want to make the trip Friday night or Saturday. Check in is 3pm and the wedding will start at 3:30pm. If you want a guaranteed early check in on Saturday to get ready you will need to book the room for Friday night and Saturday night.
