Our Wedding Mass will begin at 2pm. Please arrive at 1:30 and be seated at 1:45pm at the latest to allow coordination to run smoothly in the narthex of the church (there is only one entrance of the church!). The cocktail hour will run from 4:30 - 5:45pm with cocktails, lawn games and hors d'oeuvres! The reception including dinner and dancing will be from 5:45 - 10pm. We will leave the reception with a sparkler exit at 10pm. There will be an after party after the reception at Jimbos Grill in Gainesville - all are welcome to join us! Their kitchen closes at 11pm, so if you'd like to order food, please call (571) 248-0752 before 10:30pm.

The doors for cocktail hour will open at 4:30pm. If you arrive at the venue early, please go to the tasting room to enjoy some delicious wine. If you don’t want to head to the venue early, feel free to explore Haymarket, freshen up at your hotel, or grab some ice cream in Haymarket! We’ll have hors d'oeuvres and a full dinner at the reception so no need to eat beforehand.

Emma’s family has attended Mass with the St. Katharine Drexel community for about 24 years (Emma is 23 - so all of her life haha!). During that time, we haven’t had a church building! We’ve met in various public schools and even a parishioner’s barn during Covid. St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church will be dedicated just 11 days before our wedding date. We are blessed to be the first couple married at this beautiful church at the base of the Bull Run Mountain. It means the world that we will be married at the church with a community that means so much to us and our families!

The Winery at La Grange, 4970 Antioch Rd, Haymarket, VA 20169 When you get to the venue, there will be two diverging roads at the entrance. Please take the right path to get to our venue (there will be signs and staff to guide you). There will be parking at the venue!

Formal / black tie attire! Please remember we will be in the presence of the Lord during the Nuptial Mass. Cowboy boots are welcome!

The drive from the Church to the venue is about 5 minutes! Coming from the Church: Turn right out of the church parking lot onto waterfall road for 3 miles and take a left on Antioch road. The Winery is a half mile down the road to your right. Coming from Haymarket: Make your way to John Marshall Highway and continue west. Turn right onto Antioch Road. The Winery is 3 miles down the road on your left.

Yes! Our wedding date is the eve of the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima. This Marian Apparition is special to us - specifically in our devotion to the Rosary throughout our relationship. It’s also the feast of Our Lady of the Pillar, a lesser known Apparition but still very special and can teach us much about the truth of our faith. It’s also the feast of Blessed Carlo Acutis - a faithful young man who is a beautiful witness of joyfully living out the faith in modern times.
