Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be in the barn. We will have dancing and some outdoor games, so plan your attire -- including shoes -- accordingly. The overall theme is elevated cocktail. For the girls, bring out the fun, flouncy dresses. The cocktail hour will be hosted on gravel so be careful of your favorite heels! For the guys, suits and ties are not required, although preferred, and we love boots! Khakis and a button down are great! Weather is tough to predict, but we expect it to be a high in the mid 70's and a low in the mid 50's.

We ask that you begin arriving at the venue by 4:00pm, and that you are there and seated no later than 4:10 pm. The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We anticipate the Cocktail Hour will commence ~5pm, and the reception/dinner by ~6:15pm. The bar and music will remain open untill 10pm at which time we will be concluding the event.

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and the Reception are all being held in one location noted in the event details on this page. Parking (free) will be available, and we ask guests to arrange their transportation beforehand. We are unable to leave cars on the property overnight so please plan accordingly.

If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation. Everyone in your party will be included in your RSVP page when you search your name. If a plus one is not shown on your invitation or in your party on your RSVP page, we ask that you understand our limitation is due to venue capacity! We will have a great Cocktail Hour with drinks and light snacks. We have planned a wonderful buffet-style dinner for the Reception where guests can make selections from meat/vegetable options. If you have any other special dietary needs or restrictions to make us aware of, we will be happy to accommodate them so please note them when you RSVP.

The venue does not allow anyone to bring their own alcohol, so please help us by complying with this requirement. There will be beer, wine and signature drinks. We are unable to leave cars on the property overnight, so please plan your rides home accordingly.

Our venue has designated smoking/vaping areas. If guests vape inside, the fire alarms WILL go off. We ask you kindly respect our venue's guidelines to keep our day smooth and uneventful.

We have professionals who will take pictures and videos, and request for them to be the only ones doing so during the Ceremony. At the Reception, photos and videos are encouraged on your own devices! We will have QR codes displayed around the venue where you can share your photos and videos of the day with us.
