When: Friday, September 5, Ceremony at 4:00 PM

We’re getting married—let’s celebrate! Join us for dinner, dancing, and drinks at Millwright’s, a farm-to-table spot where I used to sell veggies back when I worked in urban agriculture. We’ll kick things off with a ceremony, followed by cocktail hour and toasts, then a delicious four-course dinner. After that—well, let’s dance, people. Come dressed for the occasion. I could say cocktail attire, but what I really want is for you to wear what makes you feel most funky and awesome. Let the oddballs unite for a night of raucous merrymaking. Can’t wait to spend the night with all our favorite people!

Where: Farmington River Tubing

When: Saturday, September 6 at 1:00 PM

Cost: $30 per person (cash only, includes tube rental, life jacket, shuttle)

Feeling rough? Us too. Let’s float our cares away on the Farmington River. You’ll get a tube, life jacket, and a shuttle ride from the take-out point to the starting point, so just show up and enjoy the ride.

Wear: Bathing suit or comfy clothes for swimming, plus sneakers or water shoes.

Bring: Anything you bring should have a way to be attached to you (a sunglass string is clutch). Leave valuables at home (glasses, jewelry, hats, etc.) to avoid losing them in the water.

Life Jackets: Provided.

Changing & Restrooms: Available onsite.

Where: Talcott Mountain Collective

When: Saturday, September 6 at 6:00 PM

Cost: Everyone pays individually

After tubing, let’s watch the sunset over the Farmington River Valley at Talcott Mountain. This spot has lawn games, live music, a craft bar with local beers and cocktails—it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy great drinks, and hang out for the night.
