Our Wedding

Aiden and Emma met on August 14th, 2020, at a "welcome week" event held on Auburn University’s campus to help incoming students to get involved and meet new people. Aiden noticed Emma wearing her Palmetto Girls State shirt. Recognizing a shared connection to South Carolina, Aiden walked over and struck up a conversation. That small moment turned into something far bigger, as the two later spent that evening getting to know each other on Auburn’s famous green space, Samford Lawn.&nbsp; From that first week, Auburn became more than just a campus, it became the backdrop of their relationship. Aiden and Emma hung out almost every night for the next few weeks, often finding themselves back on the beloved Samford Lawn. While "quarantining" for Covid down in Panama City Beach, Aiden finally convinced Emma to make the relationship official. Back in Auburn, whether it was rolling Toomer’s Corner after big wins, sharing meals at the dining hall, or walking around campus, their relationship strengthened. Auburn University quickly became the foundation of their journey together. Over their next five plus years of dating, that foundation only grew stronger and they shared so many countless memories. Together they traveled to Michigan, Louisiana, Wyoming, Florida and even Ireland, teeing off on golf courses, casting fishing lines, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. No matter where the adventures will continue to take them, Auburn will always hold a special place in their hearts. On May 22nd, 2025, Aiden brought Emma back to where it all began. Returning to the very spot where they first stayed up talking for hours - Samford Lawn. Aiden asked Emma to marry him and so the next chapter of their relationship begins. War Eagle!

Please join us for an evening of love, laughs, and dancing! We will be catering dinner from Smoke on the Water in Greenville, SC. Day of Timeline

21 + Event 

This is a 21+ event. We're keeping the celebration adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the night.

Dress Code

This is a formal event. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed up! Guests are asked to avoid casual wear entirely: no jeans, mini dresses, or sneakers.

Women

Floor length or 3/4 length dresses/skirts with dress shoes. Formal alternatives are acceptable such as a tailored jumpsuit or dress pants. No jeans, shorts, slacks, joggers, etc.

A suit, sport coat and tie is acceptable with dress pants. Dress shoes are required. No jeans, shorts, slacks, joggers, etc.

Parking

The ceremony and reception will be located at the same venue, Aurora Farms. There is ample parking in front of the venue. Additionally, a shuttle service will be provided from the Hilton Downtown Greer hotel to the venue and back. If staying at this hotel and you would like transportation, please indicate so on the RSVP. More information about provided transportation on the "Travel" page.

Pet Free Party

To ensure all guests can relax and enjoy the celebration, we kindly ask that no pets be brought to the venue. Please note that we are not permitting animals of any kind, and guests who arrive with a pet will be asked to leave. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Hampton Inn Greer Greenville

Transportation will be available from the Hampton Inn Greer Greenville Hotel to the venue and back on the day of the ceremony. More details to come.

Downtown Greer

If you find yourself with a little extra time during your visit, Greer has some lovely spots worth exploring. Its downtown area—Greer Station—offers a charming mix of local restaurants, small shops, and a beautiful city park. The Hampton Inn hotel located downtown Greer is centrally located to several restaurants within walking distance.

Downtown Greenville

If you’re interested in exploring a bit beyond the wedding venue, Greenville is about 30 minutes away and offers a lively, larger‑city feel with plenty to enjoy. Downtown Greenville is especially worth a visit, with its 1.5 miles of shops, restaurants, galleries, and more to explore on Main Street. Plus, a visit to downtown isn't complete without a stop at Falls Park on the Reedy. The park offers 32 acres of greenspace where you can scroll across the one-of-a-kind Liberty Bridge to get the best view of the upper Reedy River Falls. Additionally, the Boston Red Sox High-A affiliate, the Greenville Drive, is playing at home the same weekend!
