Not many people get to say they have been with the love of their life since the 9th grade, but we are so grateful that we get to. There is no greater joy than knowing that you have grown up beside the person you know you will spend the rest of your life with. The two of us quickly became best friends shortly after meeting, being in the same friend group meant we got to spend every single second together. Shortly into the second semester of 9th grade covid hit and the world shut down but for us it was 6 months of getting to spend time with our closest friends. Just two weeks into our long summer vacation we were quickly realizing that we had feelings for each other, and there was absolutely no denying it either. On July 4th, 2020 we started officially dating. Since that day we have fought for one another, loved one another, laughed, cried, and we fall in love with each other more and more each day. Over the last 5 years we have grown tremendously together, we have learned our greatest lessons, and learned that love is worth absolutely everything. How lucky are we do get to do this life together, to grow up together, and create a million memories. We could not imagine doing life without each other, and while we will soon be husband and wife we are truly best friends. We have had the opportunity to watch each other grow through so many seasons of life, we are each others biggest motivators, safe place, and home is wherever the other is. We know that God has hand picked us for one another, and could not imagine life without the other. We always knew we would get married one day, it was always just a matter of when, this is a day we have talked about for years and we are so happy it is finally here. We are so excited about this new chapter with one another, the last 5 years have the best of our lives and we are so excited for 90 more. The love we share is one we wouldn’t trade for the world.
