The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Women, please wear either a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates. Men, please wear a dress pants and a button down shirt. Tie optional. Weather permitting, a suit jacket or blazer. We invite you to think "elegant Christmas party" when deciding what to wear.

Even though we love children, we are not able to accommodate them all. We ask that you refrain from bringing extra kids unless they are listed on the formal invitation. We are hoping this is also a much needed night off for the parents, too!

We are excited to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm so arriving at 3:30 pm will allow time to mingle and find a seat!

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. Photos are highly encouraged during the reception!

Your presence is enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table at your convenience. Our registry is located at the top of our website.

Yes, The Barn At Big Oak has plenty of onsite parking for all of our guests.

All wedding events will take place on-site at The Barn at Big Oak. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue.

The ceremony will be held in an enclosed chapel. The reception will be held outdoors with all around heating.
