It all began in Fall 2022 ... we initially met on the dating app, Hinge, and had our first date in Tupelo, MS! Brandon made a reservation for dinner at the Grillehouse, we looked at Christmas lights, and shared a skillet cookie at Crave! We each left that date knowing this time was different, and from that point on, we were inseparable! We spent many weekends traveling to see each other in either Starkville or Haleyville. It did not take Emma long to figure out that golf was a big part of Brandon's life! In fact, more weekends than not were spent on a golf course. We quickly realized that we did not pull for the same sports teams as Brandon is an avid Mississippi State fan, and Emma an Auburn graduate! So... Hail State and War Eagle!! Flash forward to this past September, when Brandon proposed, and Emma said yes! All along Emma thought that she was planning Brandon's birthday weekend while we were in Auburn, but it turned out to be a celebration of our engagement! Being the type A person that Emma is, keeping this secret was no small task, but in Brandon fashion, he pulled it off and planned the most special day! Brandon is more than I could ever ask for, and truly the man I have prayed would come into my life. He is patient, kind, caring, competitive, and loves with all that he is. He encourages me in my walk with Christ and is always my biggest supporter. I truly cannot wait for him for be my husband! -Emma I have never met an easier person to love than Emma! She loves me the same way I love her! I knew pretty early on that she was the one that God had sent me at the perfect time! She helps me through my hard days and is with me on my good days! I cannot wait to marry her and grow old with her by my side! Excited to see what God has in store for us! - Brandon We are so excited for April 21, 2024, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
