Please RSVP by April 11th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide a total guest count in a timely manner. Please let one of us know if you need to make changes to your RSVP.

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless indicated on your invitation.

Of course, we would love for them to join in on the fun! But if you'd like a night out, feel free to leave the little ones at home.

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up alongside us. We encourage our guests to dress in cocktail, semi-formal, or casual attire.

The ceremony and reception will be held at Bailey Farms Barn and Venue in New Virginia, Iowa.

Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for the ceremony. We will begin promptly at 4 PM.

Yes, there is a gravel lot onsite for our guests. As you pull in, look for the green "Bailey Farms" sign. You will follow the sidewalk to the ceremony site.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow, weather permitting. This will be followed by an indoor reception. Please prepare for the weather accordingly.

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family to have the first two rows. For the reception, our guests can refer to the assigned seating chart to find their table.

While we'll have a limited supply of beer and seltzers for our guests, we encourage you to bring your favorite adult beverage to enjoy. Please note that due to venue policy, we kindly ask that you do not bring liquor.
