What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Traffic can get very backed up on the way to Salamander, so please account for extra travel time. Additionally, please allow a few extra minutes to park in the designated parking area or to valet.
What is the attire?
Formal or black-tie optional.
Tuxedos or dark suits for the men, and long dresses or pantsuits for women.
Where should we park?
Parking is located on the right hand side, just before the main entrance to the hotel. Valet parking is also available.
Is there a registry?
Yes, feel free to visit our link on this page. Thank you in advance!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.
Are kids allowed?
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.
Can I bring a guest/+1?
While we would love to have everyone celebrate with us, unfortunately we are unable. All invitations will have the guests who are invited listed individually, and will be listed in your party on the RSVP page. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest, if given one.
Are there rooms available?
Our room block is fully booked. If you would like to stay at The Salamander, you are more than welcome to book directly through the Salamander at their normal rate.
Are there other hotels to stay at?
We suggest Tru by Hilton in One Loudoun, which you will find listed on the travel page. This hotel does not offer room blocks, so we suggest booking sooner rather than later. There are many fun things to do within walking distance of One Loudoun, so this is a great option! Additionally, there is a Springhill Suites also close to this area, which will be listed on the accommodations page.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please respond through our website’s RSVP page no later than September 26th. It will allow you to reply for all guests in your party, so please ensure that all guests are accounted for.
