The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be a combination of indoors/outdoors.

Appetizers, buffet dinner beverages and desserts will be served. Cash Bar will be available.

Men are welcomed to wear lightweight suits or jackets but it is not required since we expect warm temperatures in August. Dress pants (or dress Khaki's) and a dress shirt are also recommended. Ties optional. Wedding party will be wearing ties.

The ceremony will PROMPTLY begin at 5 pm so please feel free to arrive around 4:30 so you don’t miss our special moment. (Those that are involved in the ceremony will be arriving earlier)

Yes! If you are from out of state you will be coming to a higher elevation, a little over 5000 ft! Make sure to drink a ton of water the week before you travel as well as your visit. If you are visiting the mountains you will be higher in elevation.

Yes, there will be a link on their registry as well as a QR code at the reception if you wish to contribute to their travel and entertainment costs. They will be taking a mini trip after the wedding and hope to take a bigger trip next year.

Our ceremony is an unplugged ceremony. Please keep your phones tucked away and enjoy the moment. We will have a professional photographer and videographer there to capture it all. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many as you wish and don’t forget to share them to the photo sharing site.
