Andrew was born and raised in Winston Salem, NC where he at age five during devotions asked the Lord Jesus Christ to be his Savior from his sins. He grew up in church attending Triad Baptist Church in Kernersville, NC. Through middle school and high school he began to work with the kids ministry where he found his God-given talent to work with kids.
He graduated from high school in 2020 and went to Bible school at Bill Rice Bible Institute in Murfreesboro, TN. After the school year, he proctored there at the summer camp where he was able to work as a counselor for teens and kids. While there at Bill Rice he learned how to trust the Lord in times of need and is very grateful for the life-long friendships he made and for the teachers and preachers who made such an impact in his life in opening up his passion for ministry. After graduating, he moved down to Deland FL to join The Bible Baptist Church in Deland where he first met Emma.

Emma was born and raised in Florida.
There she grew up in Bible Baptist Church Deland, FL all throughout her childhood into the present. She appreciates her family, friends, and other mentors that encouraged her in her walk with the Lord.
She completed her associates degree in education and for many years worked in aftercare programs called Good News Club in several elementary public schools where she enjoys ministering to young children.
Her testimony of salvation is quite simple. She was taught about the love of Christ ever since she was young and one night she was sincerely convicted of her sin and knew that she needed to trust Jesus Christ as her personal Savior not because it was her parents belief but because she wanted to have a personal relationship with God and be sure of her eternity beyond the grave. That personal decision was made the last Saturday of March in 2008.

Andrew and Emma’s meeting came about when Andrew and his family moved to FL from NC to attend Bible Baptist Church and became involved with ministry and Bible school. They were able to connect through mutual friends and became best friends. What Emma didn’t know is that Andrew wanted to pursue her in a courtship. After asking her friend’s and family for permission he asked her on June 16, 2022. The funny story behind that is she was shocked because she had no idea he liked her in that way but was so happy since she had grown to like him as well. They continued to grow in their relationship together and eventually knew that they were meant for each other and wanted to spend the rest of their life together. On November 24, 2023 he asked her to marry him and she said yes!!!!!
They are so excited to continue to start a life together and love each other with Christ centered in their relationship. Their favorite verse that conveys how important it is to always put God first in any relationship is Ecclesiastes 4:12~ ”And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.“
