A trolley will be available to transport guests to & from the venue, beginning an hour and a half before the wedding ceremony. To utilize the trolley services, please call the OBX Trolley's main line at (252) 202-4429 and provide your pick-up address. Free on-site parking is also available at the venue.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to ensure we stay within the venues guidelines for max capacity. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Although we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening; our wedding is kids by invite only. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom!

The ceremony & reception will take place outdoors; directly next to the Roanoke Sound. Please keep in mind the weather will significantly drop at night.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.

While during the day the weather should be nice, not too hot or cold, at night the temperature drops; a jacket or shawl is recommended.
