We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins.

We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Think elegant but comfortable—feel free to add your own personal style while keeping it sophisticated! We want everyone to feel both fabulous and at ease as we celebrate this special day together.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographers to capture the moment. However, feel free to take photos at the reception!

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting ('cause we know how Tennessee weather is), with the reception indoors.

There will be a short cocktail hour with light bites and drinks before the reception begins, featuring Jenga, cornhole, and a few other fun games for activities.

Kindly RSVP by September 4th, 2025, to help us provide the best experience for all our guests.

Please note that we have not reserved any room blocks at the hotels. However, we’ve provided a selection of great options close to the venue, as well as some downtown choices if you'd like to experience the vibrant energy of Nashville the night before or after the wedding. If you prefer not to stay in a hotel, Airbnb or VRBO offers excellent alternatives for a more personalized stay.
