Edinburgh is fortunate to have lots of places to stay however, these can be pricey as tourist season is all year round. We recommend if you need a hotel please book as soon as you can to lock in a good rate around the £100-£120 a night mark if you're quick. A good selection locally include hotels like Motel One, Premier Inn, Ibis and Apex.

We have a code for a discount rate at the Virgin hotel with Double Room B&B (£260) available for the night of the 26th and/or 27th December that we can share - just get in touch with one of us and we can send the code to you.

There is no designated parking at any of the venues. It's increasingly difficult to drive in and around the Old Town where the venues are located. If you need to drive, we recommend that you book into a local NCP (e.g. King Stables Road) and then use local buses and taxis. There is local on-street parking on nearby streets - Market Street, Grassmarket, Chambers Street - which is free after 6.30pm and restricted to 4 hours stay before this.
