Brock and Emma met during the summer of 2020. Emma was going into her senior year of high school and Brock was going to be a junior. Brock was a varsity football player at his high school who towered over everyone in the hallways. Emma went to every football game and never would have thought about dating a football player at her school. Emma knew who Brock Harvey was through family relations but according to Brock, he had never heard of Emma Webb. COVID-19 had just canceled school early for the summer. One day Brock was outside doing a workout with his dad and brother when Emma drove by. She noticed who it was and boldly honked her best friends car horn at him to get his attention. Later on, she messaged him to make sure she didnt honk at a complete stranger. He confirmed it was in fact him and she had gotten his full attention after that. They continued to communicate which eventually ended with them meeting up for the first time. Because COVID shut down everything, they could not go in anywhere fancy so they would eat fast food in Brocks truck when they went on dates. Eventually Emma asked him, Well arent you going to ask me to be your girlfriend? So he did that day of June 6, 2020 in the Chilis parking lot.
