How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided to and from our venue by shuttle. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn, and Courtyard Marriot hotels starting at 3:00pm. The shuttle will start running again at 9:00pm to take guests back to both hotels and will make its last drop off at 12:00am.
There is a parking lot at the venue with plenty of space available if you wish to drive (please drive safely and responsibly!) or park your car overnight. Uber and Lyft are always an option as well to allow you to travel back safely to where you choose to stay.
Can I bring my children?
Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate everyone's children. Aside from those in the bridal party, this event will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Your invitation will be addressed with your guest's name, or state "& Guest" indicating that you have been given a plus one.
Will the ceremony/reception be held indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both take place inside of Baker Events. This building is a shared complex with many office workspaces and a salon and spa.
The ceremony will be held upstairs in The Loft, and the reception will be held right below it on the main level in The Warehouse. There is a large terrace right outside of The Warehouse with additional seating and outdoor space if guests wish to step outside and get some fresh air during the reception.
