Emma and Scott met in the Fall of 2018 in Victoria, BC. They bonded over beers and tacos at Canoe Brew Pub... the rest is history.

Emma and Scott share many common interests such as building lifelong friends and close family ties, exploring new places, kayaking, gardening, stargazing, and golden doodle-wrangling!

Emma is a real adventure girl who has lived in nearly every corner of Canada. She loves spending time in nature and can often be found kayaking, camping or hiking. She works in healthcare information technology.

Scott is known by many friends and family as the "guy who is really into rowing" but that would only be about 95% of the story! Scott is an optical engineer with National Research Council of Canada.
