Q + A

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at The Barn at Fawn Hollow between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. CT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail casual attire for our wedding. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors (weather pending), while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones AND cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we would hate to have someone's phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the wedding the Bride and Groom will be taking photos around the venue with the bridal party and immediate family before the reception begins. During this time we would love for our guest to find there seats and enjoy a cocktail hour!

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family.

Are kids invited?

We love your kiddos, but are asking guest to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for mom and dad!

What Will the weather be like?

Typical early May weather in Arkansas is between 75 & 85 degrees during the day and cooler at night.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! We will have our cocktail hour after the ceremony for an hour with Bride and Grooms signature drinks! Beer and seltzers will be served after. Remember the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
