Mimi and I have been best friends since the first day of fifth grade. All throughout middle school we walked the halls of Lipscomb Academy with our arms linked. While we have thankfully grown out of that phase, having Mimi as my Maid of Honor is a tribute to all of the linked arms, tears, music videos, and long distance phone updates we have shared over the last 12 years of friendship.
Over the last 10 years Ellie and I have made too many memories to count. From family beach trips throughout middle and high school, to rushing Pi Delta, to picking out my wedding dress, it does not get any better than Ellie. Her laugh, attitude, and willingness to be there whenever you need her makes her the most perfect bridesmaid!
There are no words to accurately describe Bella. She is the most pure, gentle, and goofy friend I have ever known. She has showed up for me when no one else would, those around her are blessed by her daily. As soon as I met Bella, I knew she would be standing by me on this monumental day.
Elizabeth and I became friends freshman year of college during pledge week.. We were both in need of a roommate and Elizabeth had gotten the most perfect room, so of course I had to join her! We have grown so close over the last three years, and my wedding day would be incomplete without her!
Ashley and I became friends my sophomore year of college when she rushed Pi Delta. We were very fast friends, and have made so many goofy memories over the last 3 years. We now share a room, and I will never forget all of the dance parties, funny movies, the Mindy Project show playing while we fall asleep, and walks with sweet Blue.
Growing up, I always wanted an older sister. When Sutton and I began seriously talking about our future, I was so excited to finally gain an older sister (in-law)! Mattie and I went to high school together, and it is such a blessing to have known her over the last several years!
My oldest friend. The one who has seen and loved every version of me over the last 19 years. Gracelyn Joy Mansfield, soon to be Gracelyn McDaniel is the definition of loyalty, friendship, and memories. From knocking on her door as the new three-year-old in the neighborhood, to celebrating each others engagement and marriages, there is no one else that I would rather be one of my bridesmaids.
Madeleine has always been the cousin that I have looked up to. Over the last several years I have been able to watch her become an amazing wife and mother to her two boys. There is no one else I would rather have model what that looks like. I am so thankful to her, and I am honored to have her stand by me on this day.
