How & When Should I RSVP?
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here and you may mark each guest in your party as "attending" or "declining."
When is the rsvp deadline?
Please RSVP by October 17th, 2025 or sooner if possible! All RSVP's received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending the final headcount to our vendors after this date.
What should i do if i cannot make it?
You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding, please mark "declining" on our RSVP tab in order for us to plan accordingly!
What happens if i do not rsvp in time?
If we do not receive confirmation of your attendance, your invitation will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, but we need a final headcount by October 17th and we cannot accept late RSVPs!
May I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests other than those formally invited. If a plus one has been granted to you, it will be indicated on the RSVP tab. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we are only able to accommodate children if indicated on your invitation due to limited numbers. We hope you can understand!
What time should i arrive at the ceremony?
Because the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm, we encourage you to arrive by 1:15pm to ensure you are able to comfortably park, walk to the ceremony area, and be seated in a timely manner! Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Where should i park?
There is a designated parking lot where guests will be directed to park by the parking attendants. We suggest you carpool with other guests if possible due to a maximum capacity of 100 parking spaces.
Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 1431 Amor Pl, Escondido Ca. Our registry is available here on the Registry tab! There will also be a wedding card box at our reception. If you would like to send us a monetary gift, we have two options listed below which we would greatly appreciate!
Zelle: 760-504-4605
Venmo: Isabel-Baza-1
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony and cocktail hour on dirt pathways and will be on grass for the ceremony and reception. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. We would also recommend a jacket or something to keep you warm once the temperature gets cooler throughout the night. There will be a golf cart to transport disabled or elderly guests to and from the parking lot!
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire and consists of fall colors as shown below. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes, such as low or block heels for the ladies, due to the outdoor venue. Additionally, we ask you to please avoid the color white!
