Yes! Should you choose to stay with us at Hudson Bend Ranch, you will not need a car, all of our events are walking distance and on the property.

All of the planned events are combined outdoor/indoor venues. The ground is rustic so avoid any shoes that may be difficult on multiple terrains. The weather should be wonderful around 80 degrees this time of year.

Depending on arrival time, the typical Uber/Lyft will range from 35-50$. We also have a driver equip with a new Tesla, we can pre-arrange your pickup or drop offs, and possibly a private vehicle if you prefer to drive yourself. Just text us for additional information.

Yes! If you are staying at Hudson Bend Ranch, all accommodations are private, and booked from October 3rd-6th. If you need to change, grab a jacket, change your shoes... everything is less than a few minute walk from all festivities.

We have our boat docked on the lake, and two stand up paddle boards. Depending on the water level, and time of day (outside of festivity hours) we’d love to have you enjoy the water!

If you plan to join us for your stay we have catered meals planned, and will have a fully stocked chefs kitchen stocked and ready, but feel free to bring any of your food favorites! All of the Casita's and Main Ranch House are meal-prep ready. The venue is 5 minutes from stores and restaurants if you choose to go out and explore what Lakeway has to offer!

Please text or email me with details, we do have limited cribs, as well as my main house with infant rooms but that is subject to change depending on attendance.

We have five vehicles and will happily extend their usage any of them as needed during your stay in Austin if available.

We have our 7 seater golf cart at our main house 10 minutes from the venue, any adult is welcome to take the kids out to the local store or golf course for a ride. We also have pool access if the kiddos want to cool off at the pool. Our boat is out on the water at our slip- if the water level allows it, the kids can take a spin on the boat, or go out for a paddle boarding session! We also arranged for our local ice truck to come for a hosted event to cool off before formal festivities begin!

If you are planning on an extended stay, or want to arrange day time actives outside of the events we have planned just message us and we will be happy to recommend attractions around Austin, from Panic Rooms, Top Golf, Lakeside Dining, Lake Activities and more. Downtown Austin is about 25 minutes from our venue.
