We became an official couple in January of 2009 and then the rest was history.

We met through an acquaintance and were friends before our relationship really blossomed. It was two years after our first introduction that we had hung out again. On our first hangout, Joey and I had made plans to rock climb and it was amazing as I never rock climbed before and I was just getting back into shape. As the night ended, instead of going home we just sat in his car and talked for hours. At that moment I knew this guy was amazing and I wanted to get to know him more. Joey took me to my first music concert, Anberlin. That night I told him that I liked him. After that, Joey and I became official. Joey gave me lots of firsts - first concert, first trip to Disney World and Canada, first Ipod, first home together and many more. I love him so much. I am so happy to celebrate our special day with you guys. <3
