Conner & Ensley actually first met in the eighth grade. They sat together during reading class at a table and still have a silly inside joke from that time. It wasn’t until junior year of high school when Conner first texted Ensley again. Neither one of them knows how they had each other’s phone number. But Ensley was intrigued as to why Conner was texting her out of the blue. One day after school, Ensley went to her locker and there was only one other person in the hallway, it was Conner. He had to turn in an assignment and Ensley hung out with him while he did. It seemed like a sign. Conner asked Ensley to be his girlfriend after their first prom together, he actually asked her to be “more than friends” which he later paralleled when he proposed by saying “let’s make this more official.” Together the two make quite the pair, Conner is a safe and grounding soul while Ensley is a fun-loving and adventurous one. They balance each other out in so many ways, and the love they’ve grown through the years surprisingly isn’t one out of a fairytale, it’s simply a matter of fact.
