What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code would fall the most into formal attire, but with a little twist as we are having a day wedding.
Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. As it's a day wedding cocktail dresses are good too! Please abstain from white-based dresses, as well as colors that might photograph white.
Pro-tip for the ladies: as the terrain of our venue is uneven I would recommend abstaining from high heels and stilettos and having a pair of comfier shoes in hand.
Gentlemen can wear a suit, as it is a day wedding and outdoors the color palette is open to lighter colors too, and wearing a tie remains to your own choice. No jeans, please!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Arriving at 12:30 would be perfect to be sure you're able to find the venue, park and settle in before it begins.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those who have been directly invited by us.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed if you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP no so that we can plan accordingly.
Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Castell de Sant Elm.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
It's an outdoor wedding, both for the ceremony and reception. As the weather can be a little unpredictable this time of year, we recommend checking the forecast in advance. In case of rain, a pergola will cover us.
How can I RSVP?
You can RSVP through this webside on the section "RSVP". The RSVP is per household and not per individual guest so by entering the name and last name of the guest (if you don't find yourself sends us a message and we will fix it) you'll be able to RSVP your household.
Once you have RSVP it is very important for you to fill the questionary regarding the food, if you have any allergies, intolerances or special diets as vegan or vegetarian so the catering is informed and can plan accordingly.
Please RSVP by 01.05.2025 at latest!
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We would love for our loved ones to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guests silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographers and videographers will take care of the photo and video coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP late, we will need to provide our vendors the exact guest by 01.05.2025. I would strongly recommend to RSVP as soon as you have your trip booked (or at least partially booked).
Is there transportation provided?
Unfortunately we can't provide transportation as we can't plan where in the island each guest will be staying. The only available options to reach the venue is by car (rental or taxi). That being one of the main reasons why we highly recommend everyone to book the night in one of the hotels listed on the webside.
What if I have a question that hasn't been answer on the website?
Send us a message! We will be happy to help with whatever question you might have that we havent though of answering already.
