Yes. Kindly reply no later than October 1, 2025. Final headcount is needed for the caterer. This ensures everyone is accounted for and helps with accurate planning. If we don't receive your RSVP by then, we'll assume you can't make it.

Cocktail/Formal - We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing the color(s) navy, ivory and/or white.

It might be cold and rainy, but the ceremony and reception will be held indoors (with heating) due to the weather that time of year.

Due to the remote location of the Farm, Uber and Lyft does not pick up at the Farm under normal circumstances. Rides must be scheduled in advance to allow for a drive to be dispatched and all rides must be scheduled for pickup by the end of the event (9:30PM-10PM).

Please use the designated parking area. We do ask that there are no motorized vehicles on the concrete or grass space that surrounds the barn and bridal cottage building; we also ask for no vehicles in the pasture across from the barn, near the creek. Non-permitted vehicles include scooters, motorcycles, ATV's, cars, trucks, etc.

Please observe the posted signage on the property (10mph speed limit signs, no smoking signs, no parking signs etc.)

The venue is a non-smoking property; vaping is permitted.

The couples signature cocktails will be served during Cocktail Hour ONLY. Beer and wine service will be available during the entirety of the event. Consumption of any alcohol in the bridal cottage or parking lot is not allowed. Liquor shots are not permitted at any time.

Yes, the Edlynn Farm barn and grounds are all wheelchair accessible. The only space not accessible is the loft in the Barn & the Bridal Cottage.

Please note that there are a few areas of our barn and grounds that are not suitable for young children to be while unsupervised. These areas include, but are not limited to the barn loft, storage closets, the bridal cottage (due to staircase), anywhere near the River Valley drop-off, parking lot and driveway, future pond site, creek area etc. To ensure everybody’s safety and well-being, we are asking that no children be left unattended at any time throughout the day.

Currently Edlynn Farm does not have WIFI on property. Additionally, cell service is not the best for some phone providers, so please plan accordingly.
