Our wedding will be taking place in Helena, Mt at the U Diamond Barn. The address is 2682 Smith Rd, Helena, MT 59602.

For our single guests wanting to bring a plus one, please list it in your RSVP.

U Diamond Barn is a no smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area located on the eastside of the barn between the barn and the men’s cabin. All cigarette and cigar butts must be disposed of in the receptacles provided.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We ask the women to choose a dress or skirt and men a button up shirt, tie and suit jacket is encouraged, but optional, with summer colors like pinks, yellows, purple, light blues, or oranges, essentially pastel/light colors. We only ask you to avoid the colors bright red, champagne, and white (of course) ;)

Of course we can't guarantee anything, but we are getting married in June. In Montana we have a lot of warm weather, sometimes even hot, but that doesn't mean rain will not happen. We suggest you keep an eye on the forecast in the weeks leading up to the wedding and plan accordingly.

Our ceremony will be outdoors and there is no shade to be offered where the ceremony will be taking place. Please bring sunscreen or an extra hat as you see fit. Our reception will be indoors and will carry on into the night so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket to avoid feeling chilly.

After the ceremony the bridal party as well as immediate family will take photos during the cocktail hour. During this time guest are invited to partake in our signature drinks at the open bar along with charcuterie to hold you over until the meals served at about 6:15-6:30. Please note that we have started a tab, but once that tab runs out drinks will no longer be free.

We will not be providing formal transport for the wedding, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area and there is parking. We do highly encourage carpooling with your family to avoid congestion in the parking area and roadway. As well as selected a designated driver if you plan to drink so everyone gets home safe.

We are so excited to celebrate our day with you. To ensure seating we are asking you RSVP no later than April 15th, 2025. Please click the RSVP tab, located in the menu on this website, to let us know you are coming. RSVP tab will be available on January 1st, 2025.

Due to limited space we are allowing only a few select families to bring their children. For those who's family members are included your invitation will say "and family".
