Eric and Elizabeth met on a blind date at Collectivo Coffee shop. The date was set up by Eric’s aunt Ruth. Elizabeth and Ruth worked at St Luke’s Hospital together. On June 8, 2019 Eric proposed to Elizabeth at their first date spot! 

Together, Eric and Elizabeth enjoy biking, hiking, walking, traveling, beer gardens, camping, and skiing. They plan to travel to San Diego in April for their honeymoon!
