Since Eric and Alissa both love to cook, and food has always been an important part of their relationship, they humbly request that you bring one of your favorite recipes to help stock their cookbook as newlyweds. We are not requesting specific meals or dishes, please just bring a recipe for a meal that you hold deer to your heart to give to us at our wedding reception.
We are thrilled to share our special day with the people who mean the most to us. In our effort to keep our wedding small and intimate, we have made the decision not to extend plus ones unless explicitly noted on the invitation. If a name is not on the invite, they are not invited. This choice allows us to celebrate with those closest to our hearts and helps us manage the costs associated with hosting the event. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
We know it might be tempting to bring a guest, but we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to enjoy the celebration with familiar faces and make new connections with our friends and family.
We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you at the brewery! As much as we love your children and teens, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. This decision was made with careful consideration to ensure that everyone can relax, enjoy, and have a great time. Given the venue, the atmosphere, and our choice of music and beverages, we feel it is best to celebrate without the presence of anyone under the age of 18. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for your young ones and teenagers on this special day.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create the perfect setting for our celebration. If you have any questions or need assistance with local babysitting services, please feel free to reach out.
As we prepare for the biggest day of our lives, we kindly ask that you choose attire that recognizes the significance of the event. While we want you to feel comfortable and true to your style, we also hope that everyone will look "put together" in photos that we will cherish forever.
There are no specific color or pattern requirements (just please avoid wearing white), but we trust you'll pick something that shows respect for the occasion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
As we look forward to celebrating our wedding day with you in Colorado Springs on October 13th we wanted to provide a quick heads-up about the typical weather during this time of year. Colorado Springs in mid-October can be quite variable, with daytime temperatures usually ranging from the mid-50s to low 60s (°F) and nighttime temperatures dropping to the 30s and 40s (°F).There is also the possibility of sudden weather changes, including chilly winds and occasional rain or even light snow. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a warm coat to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the day.
We are excited to offer a unique and relaxed dining experience at our wedding reception. Upon arrival, each guest will receive a meal ticket, which can be used to enjoy a variety of delicious options from different places around the brewery, including pizza, burgers, and even lobster. You’ll be able to choose whatever food you like, up to a certain dollar amount. Please note that there will not be waiters, a formal dining setting, a seating chart, or a designated time for eating. Feel free to roam the brewery, mingle with other guests, and enjoy your meal at your leisure.
To ensure everyone has a great time at our wedding reception, we will be using a drink ticket system. Upon arrival, each guest will receive drink tickets that can be used for any beer, wine, or cider the brewery has to offer. Please note that these tickets do not cover hard liquor. If you use up your drink tickets, you are always welcome to purchase additional drinks on your own. Additionally, we will be having one special champagne toast with the bride and groom.
