There is limited street parking at the Villa Terrace. If possible, please use the shuttle service located at the hotels to minimize the need for a car. The venue is located within a neighborhood, so there is limited space for parking.

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are taking the shuttle or Ubering) and find your seat in the garden. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Dancing will be held inside.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony.

The Bride & Groom have opted for a "cap bar". Enjoy drinks on the newlyweds until the cap amount has been reached, then bartenders will switch over to a cash bar.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you do not, please respect the venue's guest limit. Thank you for understanding.

If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
