If we do not receive your RSVP by the date in which we’ve provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and cater in the timely matter they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP’s to do this. Thank you for understanding.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Blue Valley Vineyard, about an hour west of Washington, DC. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), the cocktail hour will be held indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

The venue is approximately 25min from the hotels in Gainesville, so we recommend driving yourself or car pooling because unfortunately Ubers or Lyfts will bring you out to the venue but none are available to bring you back. There is plenty of parking in their big lot on site.

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park (get dropped off) and find your seat.

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our special day.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Again due to limited space, we are keeping kids to a very minimum. If you do not specifically have an rsvp including them on your invitation, then we would appreciate you not bringing them because we will not have an extra seat/food for them.

This is more of a respectful suggestion regarding photos and videos. We do not mind you taking as many photos and videos as you want but please be aware of not getting in the way of our professional photographer and videographer as common courtesy. Please have phones on silent during the ceremony! We want everyone to enjoy the moments during our special night and be mostly present. Also we kindly ask, if you want to post pictures and videos of yourselves during the actual wedding that’s fine but please hold off on posting any pictures or videos of us until we post some professional ones first. Thank you!

YES, the drinks are on us — the hangovers are on you! Get ready to dance! Sidenote: There will be ZERO SHOTS or FLASKS mandated by the venue! If you are caught taking shots or bring a flask then you will be kicked out and not only are you disrespecting the policies but also us as well! Please enjoy yourself without taking advantage.
