Summer of 2015 - Thu was introduced to Eric by Uyen, Thu's cousin and Eric's friend from youth group.

Throughout the year, Eric and Thu continued to bump into each other at multiple church events. Over this time, their feelings for each other began to grow.

Finally, after months of running into each other, Thu decided to slide into Eric's DMs. During their conversations, Eric convinced Thu to attend their annual youth group summer camp. During camp, Eric and Thu were inseparable, even though they were on different teams.

Immediately after camp, Eric asked Thu to go watch Finding Dory with him. Thu misunderstood the intent, and decided to bring her cousin Nancy to the "date."

Thu finally let Eric take her out on an official date. They went bowling, ate ice cream at Sub Zero, and walked around the mall.

Eric and Thu continued to grow as a couple. Eric attended University of Washington, Tacoma Campus for college while Thu attended University of Washington, Seattle Campus. This allowed them to be close to each other throughout college.

Another year filled with love and memories. Eric graduated from UWT with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and got accepted to the University of Puget Sound's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.

Thu graduated with her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Sciences and got accepted to the University of Washington's Master of Educational-Speech Language Pathology Program.

This year consisted of a lot of stress for the both of them from school, but it didn't stop the pair from experiencing life together.

A year filled with so much love and major accomplishments.
