One peaceful day upon the beer line at the Sam Hunt concert in Doswell, VA....

A man made a casually late entrance to the event following parking lot libations with his homies. They proceeded to the only logical location one would when arriving late to a concert..... the beer line. His friends decided they preferred spirits while the gentleman preferred the line where a friend was working.

Meanwhile, the most beautiful and amazing woman was having the time of her life surrounded by all of her favorites. Her best friend, her sister and her children. She as well had entered the same beer line to say hi to.... The same friend.

Naturally shenanigans were bound to happen. We soon realized both of our groups of friends were already friends with friends and friendly already. Her eyebrows raised high, as she turned to me and asked. "How old are you?". She promptly turned to all of our friends and friends and screams "HE'S IN MY BRACKET!" she turns back to me and asks, "So, are you ready to be a grandpa?". Now, I as well as all of you are wondering what else lead up to this... nothing... This was the literal beginning conversation that leads us here to this very moment. Me being far less intoxicated replied with a hesitant "uhhh, Sure?!" I mean, how could one resist such a magical moment? I later saw how she transitioned from the dancing drunk butterfly to the loving mother. It was like an instant light switch I turned to my friend and told him "that changes everything".

The goofy picture above this story is how I got her phone number, clearly she would want me to text it to her. This is the making of a friendship, a phone call, a text and most importantly what grew into a love that has not missed a beat and only grows stronger everyday.
