- Hotels in the immediate area (The Litchfield Inn) are expensive ($400+/night). We have opted to reserve rooms at a more affordable hotel in the Bristol area. Unfortunately, this is 30 minutes away so we will be providing guests with shuttle transportation from the hotel to the venue, and back. For those interested, please stay tuned for more information about signing up for the shuttle and a hotel block discount code.

- For guests that live local to Bristol or do not want to stay overnight, you are welcome to take the shuttle and then Uber from the hotel back home. There is Uber availability in the Bristol area.

- There is ample parking at the venue for those that wish to drive. If needed, guests can leave their vehicle overnight at South Farms, but please arrange for it to be picked up the following morning.

- If interested in hotels in the immediate area, The Litchfield Inn is a popular choice (9 minutes, 5 miles). Please note, we are not providing transportation to this hotel.
