Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about 15-20 minutes from downtown and offers direct flights from many major cities.

🚗 By Car:

Nashville is easily accessible via Interstates 40, 65, and 24.

Where to Stay

We ask that guests arrange their own accommodations, and luckily, Nashville has plenty of great options! Here are some areas to consider:

• Downtown Nashville – Close to Broadway’s live music, bars, and attractions.

• The Gulch – Trendy neighborhood with restaurants, boutique hotels, and a lively atmosphere.

• 12 South – A charming area with boutique shopping, coffee shops, and a more relaxed vibe.

• West End/Vanderbilt – Near Centennial Park, offering quieter accommodations but still close to the action.

💡 Tip: We recommend booking early, as Nashville hotels can fill up quickly—especially on weekends!

Getting Around

🚖 Uber & Lyft: The easiest way to get around town.

🚌 Public Transit: WeGo Public Transit offers bus routes, but rideshares are usually more convenient.

🚗 Car Rentals: Available at the airport, but parking can be tricky downtown. If you’re staying in the city, you likely won’t need a rental car.
