We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail dress code.

Due to limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only unless specified on the invitation.

Due to restrictive numbers, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Please RSVP "yes" or "no" by September 29, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts so you have time to get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

We are happy to provide complimentary shuttle service to and from our wedding venue for all guests staying at or near the hotel. Shuttles will depart from the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Augustine San Sebastian at 3:15 PM to ensure everyone arrives comfortably and on time. A return shuttle will be available once the reception concludes to bring guests back to the hotel.

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors- weather permitting. The reception will be held indoor and outdoors. We will be eating dinner inside the barn and the dance floor will be outside but it has a cover. Please dress accordingly!

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. However, we also encourage guests to carpool, use a rideshare service, or take advantage of the complimentary shuttle provided from the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Augustine San Sebastian.
