Yes, there is free parking in a large lot at the venue. You can also leave your car in the lot overnight free of charge.
Is there a shuttle service to the hotels?
Yes, if you are staying in a room within our block at the Hilton Garden Inn, there will be a shuttle service provided to and from the hotel at designated times.
If you are not staying in the Hilton Garden Inn, there should be plenty of options for rideshare (Lyft/Uber) in the area after the celebration as well as carpooling options with others at the event. Remember: you are also welcome to leave your car in the lot for the night free of charge if needed :)
Is the ceremony venue in the same location as the reception venue?
Yes! We have rented the whole venue for the day. Our ceremony is in one room of the venue and the cocktail hour and reception follow immediately in the other event room within the same building.
Are kids invited?
Yes! It is completely up to you if you would like to bring kiddos along or not, but they are invited. Just let us know on your RSVP so that we can get an accurate attendee count of adults and children for the venue.
For kids under 12, there will be the option of a kids' meal: chicken tenders with mac & cheese and fruit. Let us know on the RSVP if that is what your child would like to have for dinner.
What do I do if I have dietary restrictions/food allergies?
Please do let us know on the RSVP about any important dietary restrictions or food allergies so that we can work with the venue in advance to get appropriate meal accommodations. Thanks!
