Rooms for both the Friday night and the Saturday night have been reserved. Guests may choose to book either one night or both nights - whichever they prefer. Rooms will be reserved for our group until July 7th, 2024. After that, any rooms not booked in the reservation block, will get released. Guests may call in to the hotel and reference "Carmichael and McDonald Wedding" to get the rate, or, they may go online and the group code to enter will be CMD.

1st Round Bus Pickup @ 3:30 pm - drop off @ 3:45 pm
2nd Round Bus Pickup @ 4:15 pm - drop off @ 4:30 pm

1st Round Bus Pickup @ 10:30 pm - drop off @ 10:45 pm
2nd Round Bus Pickup @ 12:30 am - drop off @ 12:45 am
