When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

Thank you in advance for providing your RSVP before September 30, 2024. You can simply RSVP right here on our wedding website, no need to mail anything back. If your RSVP is not received by the deadline, we will mark you down as not attending.

What's the best way to book my trip?

We have a dedicated room block for our guests, which would need to be reserved by 5/1/24 and paid for by 7/11/24. There is a link under “travel” where you may contact the travel agent we are working with to book from this block.

Can I book a room without going through the travel agent?

Yes, you are able to book directly through the Hyatt website. Again, we encourage you to book as early as possible.

Am I able to choose a different room than what is on the room block?

If still available, please let our travel agent know what you’d like to upgrade to. He will try to work with you to upgrade.

Is there a minimum number of nights when booking from the room block?

Yes, in order to book from the room block you would have to stay at least 3 nights.

When should I book by?

We advise booking as soon as possible. If wanting to book from our room block, the reservation has to be done by May 1st and full payment has to be made by July 11th.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

It is a tropical climate. So prepare for warm and humid weather. With temperatures ranging from mid 70s to upper 80s throughout the day in November.

Where will the ceremony/reception take place?

All the wedding evens will be held outdoors in a garden area. For the ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing footwear.

During the ceremony, we ask that you refrain from having your phone out or obstructing the view of our videographer/photographer. After the ceremony, we encourage everyone to take any pictures they may like. We have a shared site for you to share these after.

Should I bring a gift to your wedding?

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary!

Can we bring our children?

Although we welcome our guests to include their kids in their vacation, and Dreams is family friendly, we’d like to keep the wedding an adult-only event. For those that decide to travel with children, the resort does have childcare available if needed.
