We loved going to Steelhead falls! Water color was beautiful and you can watch the snow melt rush down the waterfall and flow into the mountains.

Sahalie Falls might be our favorite! Little bit of a drive from downtown Bend but it is so worth it. The tall waterfall with rushing waters surrounded by greenery is hard to beat!

Tumalo Falls is a beautiful waterfall you can see from the hiking trail. Park your car on the road and the hike is less than 1 mile on paved cement. Some incline but nothing crazy! The gravel road to the parking lot is rather long, don't get discouraged.

The Oregon Badlands might be a good option for those wanting more of a walk than a hike! Multiple trails so you can choose how far you go; or turn around whenever you choose. Make it to the end and see some amazing views of Mt Bachelor and Mt Hood!

hike Misery Ridge Trail at our wedding venue!! this trail will take you to the top of Smith Rock with some pretty cool views along the way. this hike does include some steep areas, intense switchbacks, and far drops over the edge; so be prepared!

The Old Mill District is such a fun place to go. Big outdoor space where you can shop, eat, listen to live music, and watch people float/kayak/paddle board down the Deschutes River!

Drive your car up to Pilot Butte Viewpoint, get out of your car and see Bend from up high! Beautiful views for all ages to see.
