When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP by January 22, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP under the RSVP tab on this website or by contacting us directly.

I am unable to attend, what should I do?

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form on the website. We look forward to celebrating with our closest family & friends.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is dressy casual/ semi formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the occasion. We just request you dont wear white.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking is available for all of our guests. However, there is no over night parking. All cars need to be gone by 11pm the night of the event.

Will the wedding be outside?

No, the ceremony and reception will take place inside with heat. You will however have to walk a small distance from the parking lot to the ceremony space and then from the ceremony space to the reception outside. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the event.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both the ceremony and reception with take place at The Olson Mansion, 21401 244th Ave SE Maple Valley, WA 98038

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, please arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. We also want to avoid phones being in our wedding photos.
